FINANCING
Financing the sale has always been the key to large capital expenditures. We have developed relationships with a group of companies that specialize in financing alternative energy projects, from grid scale solar farms
to hotels. We match the right company with the right system in the right geographic area. A customized Power Purchase Agreement is our most commonly used finacial instrument since there are few up front costs.
With the enactment of the IRA, Investment Tax Credits are now transferable. We have access to that growing market and have access to other credit market like Opportunity Zone credits.
We also have access to large Investment Fund company that work with and specialize in difficult institutional infrastructure financing.
